Thank you for reporting this issue. The previous report stated that the bike was in the yard. The dockless bike share company has been notified of this concern. Please note that if the bike is inside the geofence and in a safe location the company is not required to retrieve it. The City will relocate or remove the bike from the public right-of-way or anywhere within the City each bicycle that is inoperable, unsafe, or otherwise failing to meet the standards set in the Ordinance. The dockless bike company has to follow the following requirements before the City will take action:
(1) Remove the bike within two hours of when operator becomes aware of or receives notice between 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., seven days per week, except a holiday observed by the closure of City offices; and
(2) Remove the bike within 12 hours of when operator becomes aware of or receives notice during all other times.
