I called this into the fire and police department after reading this around 9:45 PM about 10 hours after it was posted because I did not know if the city was aware of this because they did not acknowledge it. The city does not monitor this site every minute of the day. This could effect water pressure. Also the water could go into road and freeze, which could cause a dangerous situation. Please when you see something like this phone the city then post and mention it was called in.
