Description

Large flat bed trailer is left almost 24/7 in front of Betsy Ross Hall [former church]. I reported this recently and Traffic & Parking checked on one of those rare occasions when the trailer was not there. Please check again--and if no violation is found, return in 1 or 2 days--because it's there almost all of the time.
