From seramonte entrance across from the rink all the way to benham street to the light, the sidewalk you can’t walk on it because it is covered in trash, and everything else. It’s a public sidewalk and you are not able to walk on it which isn’t right. It has been like this for many years. And a lot of elderly and kids walk that street from school and stores.
