I have been smelling vicious chemical stink, like rubber burning, for days now. It comes up through the sewer gratings outside our condos & even comes INSIDE through the basement! It burns our eyes & throat. Sometimes the smell is intermittent, other times it happens for over an hour at a time. A company or factory must be illegally DUMPING something!

But then it stopped until now.
Nothing was ever found by the Condo. They determined it was not originating here. I can likely find the reports, if they still have them, if you'd like to see them.
Now as of December 2nd, it is happening at Centerbrook Road in Hamden & State Street in Hamden.....every night.
My mother Susan Collins has reported this identical issue to SeeClickFix & heard nothing in reply! This needs to be addressed as it is still occurring in ALL 3 AREAS OF HAMDEN!
